Fully Commerical Council Licensed Kitchens - Council Approved

To make and sell food, you need to produce it in a council-approved kitchen and hold your own food licence. Our facility is fully approved, and we can help you through the licensing process. Markets, retail, or wholesale, you can make your goods right here. 

Combi Ovens

We have large ovens that cook evenly to make prep go faster. Once you cook in a commercial ten try oven it's hard to go back to a 2 tray!

Big Kitchens with multiple stations

Our kitchens are over 200sq meters  and have multiple stations with lots of space. 

Walk in fridge and freezers

We have large walk in fridge and freezers at both locations. We also have dry storage and each station comes with shelving. 

Commercial Sinks and Dishwashers

​​Clean up goes so much faster with our large sinks and quick commercial dishwashers. Fast, hot, and sanitised to food-safety standard make clean-up easier so you have more time to make your product. 

Large Planetary Mixers

We have 5L, 20L, and 40L planetary mixers at both locations.
